Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Graz, Austria with Austrian Post (Österreichische Post).

Austria

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days

European Union

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days

International (Rest of the World)

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Sharkdry is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at office@sharkdry.com within 5 business days after delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
